Workshops & Groups

At Psychological Counseling Center, we believe that growth happens through connection, learning, and shared experiences. Our workshops provide a welcoming, supportive environment where participants can develop new skills, build confidence, and connect with others. They are a wonderful supplement to individual therapy, offering opportunities to practice new skills, gain support from peers, and continue personal growth outside of one-on-one sessions. Whether you are currently in therapy or simply looking for a space to learn and grow, our workshops are designed to meet you where you are.

Workshops are offered throughout the year based on participant interest and enrollment. Rather than following a fixed schedule, sessions are organized as enough participants sign up, allowing us to create meaningful and engaging groups. Workshop Topic's:

Pre-Teen Workshop (Ages 10–13)

Help your child build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop healthy friendships through engaging activities, games, and creative projects in a supportive group setting.

Teen Workshop (Ages 14–17)

A welcoming space where teens can connect with peers, build meaningful friendships, strengthen social skills, and grow in confidence through engaging discussions and interactive activities.

Mindfulness Workshop

Grupa Wsparcia dla Osób Utrzymujących Trzeźwość (w języku polskim)

Grupa przeznaczona jest dla osób, które ukończyły program AA albo terapię i chcą nadal wzmacniać swoją trzeźwość w bezpiecznym, wspierającym środowisku. To miejsce, gdzie można dzielić się doświadczeniami, budować motywację oraz czerpać siłę z wzajemnego wsparcia.
